PCMag former Editor-In-Chief Michael Miller stopped by Ambient Photonics’ booth at CES 2024 to check out our “dye-sensitized solar cells that promise to power a lot more devices.”
In his article, Miller reports that because our solar cells are more efficient, it’s possible to use a smaller area to get the same amount of power. “To demonstrate this,” he says, “it showed off a keyboard with a solar panel that fits on top of the numeric keypad as compared with those that run the length of the keyboard in most current designs. It also showed off some mice in which the solar panel wasn’t visible.”
